Graduate Recruitment In Summer Is In Short Supply.

The Municipal Bureau of human resources and Social Security announced yesterday that the employment situation is generally good this year. For the first time in the summer months of double recruitment, the demand for graduates is in short supply.

Up to now, a total of 8377 graduates have reached employment intention.

In view of the characteristics of recruitment month, the city's Bureau of human resources and social security conducted a questionnaire survey among some graduates and employers.

The results showed that 77.6% of the graduates chose web platform to get job information, and the most popular form of recruitment was industry recruitment, followed by campus recruitment and online recruitment.

It can be seen that graduates also focus on improving efficiency and obtaining information timeliness.

The two most prominent problems encountered in the employment process are experience restrictions and professional restrictions. Many graduates want to grow through practice.
