Notice on organizing the declaration of the 2011 China Textile Industry Association's product development award

The relevant requirements are hereby notified as follows:

I. purpose of activities

The 2011 Annual Award for product development award is centered on product innovation and sustainable development of enterprises. It focuses on independent innovation and brand building. It focuses on the promotion role of product development and management innovation in developing new products and optimizing product structure. It advocates market-oriented demand, pays attention to low-carbon economy and environmental protection, pays attention to resource integration, attaches importance to the industrialization application of advanced and applicable technologies such as new materials, new processes and new ideas, thereby improving product value added and output value of new products, improving product competitiveness and labor productivity, and enhancing market competitiveness of enterprises.

Two. Scope of declaration

The enterprises and non enterprise organizations in the upstream and downstream of the textile industry chain include: fibre , yarn Fabrics, clothing, household textiles, industrial textiles, dyes and auxiliaries and textile machinery production and operation enterprises, textile intermediaries, textile specialized markets and industrial cluster area related enterprises and management departments can voluntarily declare.

Three. Review method

The "product development contribution award" is evaluated by the Organizing Committee of product development contribution award, and the assessment procedure is as follows:

Qualification examination: the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution committee is responsible for preliminary examination of the declared materials of each unit.

(two) initial evaluation: the Organizing Committee of the product development Contribution Award Committee organizes the experts with the qualification to review in written form, and according to the implementation rules of the China Textile Industry Association's product development award, adopts the comprehensive evaluation method of qualitative and quantitative combination to produce the initial evaluation results.

(three) reappraisal: the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award has approved and decided on the results of the preliminary evaluation.

(four) publicity: the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award publicizes the results of the reappraisal in the "China Textile Economic Information Network" www.ctei.gov.cn, "textile and clothing weekly" and other media.

Four, recognition methods

(1) the China Textile Industry Association Awards the honorary title of the product development contribution award of the relevant enterprises or organizations according to the examination and approval decision of the Organizing Committee of the product development contribution award.

(two) the China Textile Industry Association will issue a certificate of product development award and medals at the annual "China Textile Innovation annual conference".

(three) the list of award-winning enterprises or organizations will be announced in the industry media, and relevant media will set up columns to publicize the advanced experience of winning units.

Five. Time and method of declaration

(1) the applicant should submit the declaration form to the office of the Organizing Committee of the product development award by e-mail and fax before September 16, 2011. The office of the organizing committee will be responsible for the qualification examination of the declared materials, and will return the examination opinions to the applicant before September 30th.

(two) please submit the product development management case to the organizing committee's office by e-mail before October 21, 2011.
