Wuhan Textile University Has A New Way To Reform Its Personnel Training Mode.

Aiming at the future of Wuhan Textile University, aiming at the goal of textile talents' strong nation, the textile university has introduced a new talent training plan based on the concept of "university discipline", and has carried out a deep adjustment of the curriculum structure. Wei Yiliang, President of Wuhan Textile University, put forward the new reform idea of "opening school in an all-round way and exploring personalized talent training" in view of the future development of the school.

Opening is to maximize the use of social resources and realize the close combination of schools, society, industry and enterprises.

Opening schools should not only be open to the outside world, but also open inside schools.

  


In order to meet the needs of the society, Wuhan Textile University is bold in bringing forth new ideas, revising the personnel training plan, brew the deep reform of the curriculum construction system, compressing the basic courses of the basic courses, liberating the specialized elective courses of the whole school, breaking the barriers of professional courses, and integrating the curriculum teaching with the training of students' knowledge, ability and character, strengthening the concentrated practice, emphasizing the quality development, and reforming the traditional mode of training talents with different specialties.

The general elective course is open to all 2010 ordinary undergraduate students.

According to the introduction, there are a total of 2741 courses in this school. The total humanities and elective courses for undergraduates are 1044, accounting for 38% of the total curriculum. In the traditional curriculum system, there are only more than 100 public elective courses. This comprehensive opening up has increased nearly 20 times the students' Elective courses.

Among them, under the tutor system of school enterprise joint talent training mode as the core connotation of the "run up plan" has yielded fruitful results.

Textile printing and dyeing industry

In view of the urgent need for high-end talents, combined with the idea of "opening schools for textile printing and dyeing enterprises", in 2008, the Wuhan Textile University's School of chemistry and chemical engineering and Ningbo run Wo Chemical Co., Ltd. established the "Wuhan Textile University - run Wo university student innovation park", and set up a "science and technology innovation team" in the park.

  


According to the strategic objective of cultivating high-quality innovative talents in the textile and dyeing industry, the park has established a complete set of personnel training management system, quality monitoring system and training effect evaluation system. Based on this, a new mode of University Enterprise Joint University Students' innovative talents training has been established under the tutorial system.

  


Today, the "run up plan" has achieved fruitful results.

113 students have formed 40 research teams to carry out innovative experiments with 23.7% students.

In 2010, the students of the science and technology innovation team of the "GRUN plan" published papers in authoritative professional journals, and achieved good results in the skills competition. All kinds of innovative activities and results have had a wide and positive impact on all students.

In recent years, the profession has trained many excellent designers and model champions.

In the continuous pformation of social development and industry requirements, the Institute of clothing has gradually established the goal of training comprehensive talents who possess both aesthetic and design ability, and also understand the structure and technology of clothing.

This is an important part of the characteristic development strategy of Wuhan Textile University, and is also a realistic requirement for the clothing industry to university education.

  


In 2009, the national medium and long term education reform and development plan (2010~2020) was released, and the state clearly put forward the plan for training outstanding engineers.

Wuhan Textile University combined with the reality of Clothing Institute, set up the "clothing excellent designer experimental class".

Since then, the clothing Institute has integrated teaching resources, innovating education and management mode, and focused on training outstanding domestic fashion designers with strong sense of innovation, management and professional quality.

  


According to the train of thought of training outstanding engineers, the clothing Institute has set up a special leading group for outstanding talents training, adhering to the concept of "famous teachers and high disciples", selecting excellent teachers and employing senior executives as excellent teachers, and Zhang Wenhui, the new designer, Wu fan, general manager of apparel marketing, has no distance contact with outstanding class students.

In the formulation of the training plan, the leading group of outstanding talents training has consulted a large number of materials, and fully used the talent training system and teaching experience of famous clothing colleges and universities such as the University of Southampton, the British Edinburgh Art Institute, the Iowa State University, the Japanese culture and Clothing Institute, and constantly improved the training program.

  


The clothing Institute also uses the university student innovation garden, fully explores the student innovation ability, promotes the student to the specialized study enthusiasm.

The Innovation Park provides students with a place to play their own roles in combination with theory and practice, and implements self-management of students from business negotiation to product development to sales, attracting a large number of outstanding students to participate in project research and development, and promoting the establishment of students' market awareness and improvement of professional skills, professional ethics and communication skills, laying the foundation for cultivating outstanding designers.
