On April 15, 2025, S&P Global, a global authoritative rating agency, officially released Sustainability Yearbook 2025. Bosiden International Holding Co., Ltd. (3998. HK) stood out from more than 1700 Chinese enterprises in 60 industries by virtue of its continuous outstanding performance in environmental, social responsibility and corporate governance (ESG). It was once again selected into the yearbook, becoming one of only two Chinese brand clothing companies selected in the yearbook, fully demonstrating its position as a pioneer of ESG in the industry.

S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) is one of the internationally influential and credible performance assessment systems for sustainable development. The Sustainable Development Yearbook (China Edition) is based on the results of S&P's Global Enterprise Sustainability Assessment (CSA), aiming to identify and commend Chinese enterprises that have demonstrated sustainable development advantages in their respective industries.

Faced with the ever-changing global economic and environmental challenges, Bosiden always adheres to the original intention of brand warmth, takes "sustainable fashion" as one of the core brand strategies, and continues to optimize the ESG management system and practice path. In the past year, Bosiden officially released the ESG strategic vision of "consumer oriented, leading sustainable fashion", built the "1+3+X" ESG strategic framework, and continued to deepen the integration of enterprise operation, environment and social values.

In terms of environmental responsibility fulfillment, Bosiden has set the goal of "achieving net zero emissions in operation by 2038", and gradually achieved full coverage of green management through carbon reduction actions in the whole value chain links such as raw materials, manufacturing, logistics and suppliers. The company continues to strengthen the research, development and application of low-carbon fabrics to provide consumers with more healthy and green products. In 2024, Bosiden joined the "Fashion Climate Innovation 30 · 60 Carbon Neutralization Acceleration Plan", and the "Near Zero Carbon Factory" project achieved preliminary results.

In the aspect of social responsibility, Bosiden insisted on putting people first and joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), promising to support the ten principles of UNGC in the four fields of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. In terms of chemical control, we joined the Zero Emission Alliance of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) and formulated the Supplier Chemical Control Manual. Through the management of chemicals at the input end, we can eliminate the input of toxic and hazardous substances from the source. At the same time, the company actively carries out industry cooperation, promotes supplier ESG management in a multi-dimensional manner, signs sustainable development initiatives, and jointly builds a sustainable and fashionable future.

In terms of corporate governance, Bosiden incorporated the concept of sustainable development into the long-term development strategy of the enterprise, took the initiative to benchmark various management and operation work with 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), continuously improved the transparency of ESG information disclosure, and enhanced the quality of stakeholder communication.

With solid ESG practice, Bosiden has been widely recognized at home and abroad. In 2025, the company's MSCI (Mingsheng) ESG rating will be upgraded to AA, which will continue to lead China's textile and clothing industry. It will also be selected as a pioneer case of global brand "social responsibility" and one of the first batch of national excellent smart factories, demonstrating the extraordinary leadership of Bosiden in creating sustainable value with a long-term approach.

In the future, Bosiden will continue to explore the path of sustainable high-quality development, focus on three key areas of product pioneer, natural improvement and people first under the guidance of the "1+3+X" strategy, and work with global partners to build a more green, fair and resilient fashion ecosystem.
