Aksu: Subsidy Funds For Textile Clothing And Mask Production Enterprises

On July 19, it was learned from Akesu Finance Bureau that according to the relevant requirements of the autonomous region, the region has cashed 18.3617 million yuan of subsidies from May to July, and carried out financial interest discounts on the working capital loans of textile clothing and mask manufacturers to support and boost the resumption of production of textile clothing and mask manufacturers to speed up production.

According to relevant support policies, from May to October, the working capital loans for textile clothing and mask manufacturers will be discounted at 50% of the loan interest rate. For this reason, the Regional Finance Bureau, together with the Regional Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Regional Market Supervision Administration, and the People's Bank of China Aksu Central Sub branch, reviewed and approved the actual amount of subsidies needed by enterprises reported by the relevant departments of each county (city) after preliminary review, and allocated subsidies in a timely manner.

In a cotton textile enterprise in Aksu Textile Industrial City (Development Zone) that day, the employees of the enterprise performed their own duties and worked orderly in their posts. The cotton spinning enterprise is a key cotton spinning enterprise in the region, mainly engaged in cotton purchase, processing, textile, sales and other businesses. After the resumption of production, the enterprise applied for a working capital loan of 250 million yuan due to insufficient funds. At present, the first loan of 125 million yuan has been successfully released, the production of the enterprise has been fully recovered, and 100 employees have returned to their jobs.

"With the government's financial discount, our economic burden is greatly reduced. The money saved can be used to purchase production raw materials, expand the enterprise's production capacity, and also improve the treatment of workers," said the person in charge of the enterprise.

According to statistics, there are 257 commercial bank loans for textile clothing and mask manufacturing enterprises in the whole region, with a total loan of 5.225 billion yuan. By the end of June, a total of 29.17872 million yuan of subsidies had been appropriated in the region, more than 60% of which had actually been cashed, involving 109 loans from 48 enterprises. It is reported that in the next step, the region will strengthen the review of new enterprise loan discount and other matters to ensure that all subsidies are paid in time.
