The Strategic Cooperation Agreement Between Tencent And Smart Retailer

Recently, golf costumes signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Limited by Share Ltd Tencent smart retailer, compared with the Limited by Share Ltd. The two sides will cooperate in smart store upgrading, private area traffic operation, IP joint name, advertising marketing, big data application, super shopping guide knowledge empowerment, commodity life cycle management, data platform and so on.

In terms of smart stores, the company will jointly establish a model store with Tencent. Follow up, the company will also cooperate with Tencent based on offline stores, pan membership system, product integration and traffic introduction.

In terms of private area traffic operations, Mr Bi said that Tencent will use private Tencent's solution to operate private domain traffic to operate private sector traffic in depth, including specific fine-tuning operations, more than 1000 fans, and thousands of face-to-face content push and product recommendation, to achieve small channel full channel management and forwarding analysis.
