Rong Mei brand was co operated by Guo Jian and Wendy. In 2012, Guo Jian resigned from the BP investor of the British Petroleum Group. He returned home to assist his wife in the field of electric business, and was responsible for the company's finance and personnel work. Wendy focused on products and design.

In the early days of its founding, Rong Mei's label was: "spike", "less inventory", no participation in Taobao activities, and simple vision. At that time, the main business mode of Rong Mei was to sell the remaining invoice from the foreign trade factory, and aimed at the long selling period and the small quantity of goods, the selling method of the platform was adopted. The form of spike killing has attracted the demands of new users, so Junmei has gradually entered the line of vision.

Subsequently, a series of fast fashion brands in Japan appeared slump and slump. But in the product design, Rong Mei has been trapped in copyright disputes and infringement disputes several times. In June 2018, Shanghai grain company (ICICLE brand brand operator) filed a lawsuit against the Putuo District people's Court of Shanghai, indicating that Junmei copied its costume design elements and the court decided that the Shanghai Wo company won the lawsuit. Jung objected and appealed to the court to maintain the original judgment.
