Eighth Party B accepts

Eleventh Party B shall be responsible for the investigation expenses paid by the party concerned to the relevant departments when undertaking business investigation.

The specific expenses shall be submitted to Party A before Party B's business trip. Party A shall examine and approve and pay Party B before Party B's business trip.

Party A has the right to postpone the submission of the investigation report for the time being provided by Party A.

The twelfth valid period of this contract is from the date of signing to the day when Party A receives the special business investigation report issued by Party B.
