Double 11 return rate soaring: false prosperity?

According to Tmall's top ten list of double 11 turnover this year, it was found that the return rate of the latest 30 days of the women's clothing brand Han Du Yi house with a turnover of 279 million yuan and a turnover of 11 yuan this year was 64.09%, while that of the other men's brand JACK&JONES, which was followed by seventh, was 30 days later, and the return rate was as high as 38.25%.
Tmall website also showed that the return rate of the garment industry belonging to the two brands was 10.09%, indicating that the return rates of the two brands were 5 times and 2.5 times higher than that of the industry respectively.

According to an express delivery man in Tianhe District and large area of Guangzhou, after double 11, the delivery of the area is about three percent higher than usual, most of which are online purchase returns.
