Don'T Let Your Interests Dictate Your Choice.

I remember the primary school teacher asked the class: "what is the ambition to grow up?" I remember all the girls want to be a nurse, a teacher, the male students are the answer to the doctor, the police, the military, because in that time, the children were in contact with these worshipping professions and perhaps because of the influence, so many people also felt like they liked them.

However, as the older age of imagination and reality began to make a difference, some people entered the medical profession, only to find that although they worship Dingell, but they can not face the separation of patients, boys entered the Military Academy under the army, only to find that his heart is very strict exclusion of discipline and unconditional obedience.

I have been working in the workplace for more than 20 years. My main experience is human resources management. Recruitment interview is my job. Over the years, I have seen many young people entering the University selection department. Parents, teachers and classmates are the decisive factors that affect his choice of affiliation. Graduation job is considered to be a job that he feels like. After a few years, he has changed 180 times. Finally, he has done a job which has nothing to do with his own learning, and he never seemed interested in it before, and then he did well in that job.

When you ask him why he has such a change, he will answer you: "in fact, this is what I really want to do." this also proves that human resources theory is that people's interest will change with their age, and things that they like will continue to change. However, the personality traits are becoming more and more obvious with the age and experience, and it is very difficult to change.

The fitness is closely related to their personality traits.

How can I tell if this is just like or is it really suitable? I can share with you my own experience:

From a psychological point of view, people are sensory animals, so our minds are often influenced by external hearing, seeing and feeling. They like to envied and jealousy others' bright appearance, sympathy for the weak and avoid things that they are unwilling to face.

So when you feel that you like this job, you can think more deeply about everything, especially the most difficult and challenging things. Do you have the will and courage to face it?

For example, a girl who likes to work in a stewardess, if she can not solve the guest's problem when she meets a bad customer, a person who likes research and development can not create anything new under the condition that nothing is available. This is that you are only happy, but you are not suitable for the job.

There is a good saying: "a man must have a dream and great." however, I like to add a link to it: "but it often destroys because of reality."

What is ideal and dream? When everything is at its best, the word used in statistics is, assuming that everything is unchanged, the result of such things should be like this. Unfortunately, what we are very distressed is that everything in the world will change. Only the invariable thing is "change". So, when your favorite work is no longer ideal and beautiful as you imagine, will you still like it?

I remember a joke that a young man had been dreaming of being a general when he was young. But when he went to the military academy to study, the first day when he told him to lie down and crawl, he was very angry and refused. Why did the monitor ask him why? He replied, "I came to be a general rather than a soldier." the monitor asked him, "how did you become a general when you were not a soldier?"

Dream is actually not a bad thing, but dreams are often quite different from actual ones. At this point, to narrow the gap between them is their own personality traits. If their own characteristics can not overcome their original interest, interest will soon be smoothed out and their dreams will be shattered.

So how do people choose which line you want to take? The best answer is not to talk about it first. First, analyze what your personality is suitable for. What challenges are you willing to accept? In fact, as long as this job is really suitable for you, you can gradually develop your interest in your work and become your favorite.
