At the request of Peruvian leather, shoes and accessories Association, Peru's national competition and intellectual property protection agency and subsidy Investigation Commission adopted Resolution No. 096-2008 / CdS indecopi on July 10, deciding to conduct anti-dumping investigation again on textile fabric shoes originating in China. At the same time, according to the rules of the WTO Anti dumping Committee on determining the investigation date of retrial cases as close as possible to the starting date of investigation, the investigation period starts and ends from 2002 to June 2008. On May 22, 2006, the dumping and subsidy Supervision Committee of Peru's competition and intellectual property protection agency passed resolution no.048-2006/cds-indecopi, deciding to conduct anti-dumping investigation on shoes imported from China (customs tariff No. 6404.11.10.00, 6404.11.20.00, 6404.19.00.00 and 6405.20.0.. 00). On May 10, 2007, the final ruling decided not to impose anti-dumping duties.
