In March 7th, Minister of Commerce Chen Deming answered questions from Chinese and foreign reporters on issues such as "expanding consumption, promoting circulation and developing foreign trade and economic relations". Premier Wen said in his government work report that foreign trade will increase by about 10% throughout the year. The Ministry of Commerce will strive to achieve its goal from three aspects.

We should expedite the progress of export tax rebates, while maintaining the flexibility of RMB exchange rate, and keep them at a reasonable and stable level.

We should reduce the tax burden of foreign trade enterprises and increase financial support.

Two, we should continue to readjust the structure of foreign trade and accelerate the pformation of the development mode of foreign trade.

Ten ministries and commissions recently issued guidance on promoting the pformation of foreign trade development mode, and also made specific policies and measures.

The three is to promote the balance of foreign trade. While stabilizing exports, we should continue to encourage imports, including advanced technology, key equipment, important raw materials, and some consumer goods that have market and demand, so that trade between our country and some major trade surplus countries will be more balanced.

At the same time, we need to build a platform for more less developed countries and emerging countries to do business in China.

This shows that after pushing up the labor force and financial cost of China, the enterprises are pushing the middle and high-end enterprises.

When it comes to solving the problem of circulation, Chen Deming pointed out that there are many links in the current circulation field, such as high cost, low efficiency and so on.

At present, the state has already and will soon introduce some preferential policies to lighten the burden of enterprises, and will also comprehensively manage the excessive charges in circulation, and strive to improve the degree of organization of circulation.
