British Designer Wins British Fashion And Textile Export Award

British designer Mary Katrantzou and Christopher Raeburn won the British fashion and textile export awards yesterday. The award is aimed at recognizing those influential brands in overseas markets.

Mary Katrantzou won the Designer Award, and Christopher Raeburn won the New Star Award for its environmental protection series.

"Most designers should pay attention to export volume in the early days of brand building. Now, international buyers are looking for creative and long-lasting clothing series," said director Paul Alger.
