The purpose of the regulation is to standardize the specification and marking system of textile garments.

The EU's new regulations apply to products of textile fiber or textile parts whose weight reaches 80% or more.

It is clear that manufacturers and importers are responsible for ensuring that the products are sold correctly in the European Union market when the textile products are sold in the European market. The names of all the fibers used in the products must be weighed up to 5% or 15% of the total weight of the products, and can be labeled as "other fibers".
