Thunder Filed IPO In The US For &Nbsp; Li Kaifu Was Appointed Independent Director.

In January 2007, Google had invested $5 million in thunder and invested 4546244 shares of B common stock (that is, not directly listed), when Li Kaifu was president of China before Google (Google).

Prior to the launch of the thunder IPO, CEO Zou Shenglong held 27.5% of the common stock. Co founder Cheng Hao held 10.8% of the common stock, director Qin Liu held 24.6% of common stock, Zhou Quan held 12.2% of common stock, and director Bo Feng held 11.3% of common stock.

Directors and executives share 86%.
