Requirement

After consulting with the relevant departments of the State Council and having deliberated by the forty-fourth ministerial meeting of the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Commerce decided to abolish the Interim Provisions on the management of the quota of export commodities, and declared that the Interim Measures for the paid use of the quota for the export of planned silk export shall be invalid.
