So far, there are still no specific classifications for thermal pfer printing, but the general framework can be divided into three parts: plane hot stamping and stereoscopic hot stamping according to hand feeling and visual effects.

Ke style hot stamping

Heat sublimation is a hot stamping process independent of the above two kinds of hot stamping. It belongs to high temperature hot stamping, also known as pfer printing or gas dyeing.

The difference between this process is the effect of material and hot stamping. The plane hot stamping is printed on the PET film, plus the white base glue and resin glue, and hot stamping on the fabric, such as a layer of rubber, smooth handle, bright color, clear and realistic design, it can be applied to all cotton, polyester, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, leather products, bag and suitcase fabric. Sublimation hot work is only suitable for light and white polyester fabric, the design area is large, the effect of hot stamping is no handle, and the pattern is permeated in the fabric, the color is gorgeous, the pattern is clear.

According to the hot stamping method, it can be divided into first tearing, cold tear and hot tear.

The glass bead heat picture is a first tear process. Before hot stamping, the glass is torn off from the PET film and positioned on the fabric to be printed.

The cold tear technology includes: hot stamping, dummy face hot stamping, flocking and hot stamping, gold and silver foil hot stamping, reflective hot stamping, crystal magic color hot stamping, pure gold scallion hot stamping.

Cold tearing refers to the process of hot stamping. After the hot stamping alarm is fired, the hot stamping machine is lifted, and the fabric and the hot stamping patterns on the top of the fabric are taken out, then cooled down and torn off again. The hot tear heat includes the hot stamping of the offset type, the hot spot with special color silk screen, the hot scalding of the gold onion, the foaming and hot stamping, the pearls and hot stamping, the sublimation hot stamping, and the water washing standard hot stamping.

Hot tear is the process of hot stamping. After the alarm is fired, lift the machine and take out the fabric and tear the PET film immediately.

Of course, this division is not absolute, for example, Ke style hot stamping can also be made into cold tear company, depending on the fabric and requirements of the manufacturer.
