Leather And Shoe Machinery Technology Exhibition Held In Italy

In 2010, there were 270 exhibitors of leather making, shoemaking and leather manufacturing and processing equipment exhibition in Italy, with a net area of 12000 square meters.

Exhibitors came from Argentina, Belgium, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Iran, Spain, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom.

The products on display include two main parts: one is shoes, leather production technology and manufacturing equipment and spare parts.

Mainly include: CAD-CAM design and manufacturing system, cutting equipment, sewing equipment, shoe last production equipment, upper and sole soling equipment, shoes parts production equipment, shoe repair equipment, mold and chemical products.

The other part is tannery production technology, including leather making equipment, spare parts, chemical raw materials, sewage treatment equipment, laboratory equipment, engineering and technical services.

Italy has about 290 small and medium-sized enterprises producing shoes, leather processing and tannery equipment, with total sales of 287 million 170 thousand euros in 2009, of which 70% are exported.

The value of equipment exports in major industries is as follows:

Most traditional shoemaking and leather processing equipment enterprises are located in the Weiba region of the Lombard region, and other enterprises are concentrated in Tuscan and Markey; the equipment manufacturers of sports shoes are mainly concentrated in Vero, Padova and verais.

In 2009, 70% of the shoe making equipment was exported, and the main export countries were India, China, Germany, Tunisia, Romania and Turkey.

In 2009, Italy's tannery equipment was mainly exported to China, India, Brazil, Turkey, Spain and Mexico.
