Aluminum products litigation is a more striking case in Sino US trade disputes.

According to the procedures, the punitive tariffs will not take effect immediately, even if the US Department of commerce finally makes the final decision. Only the US International Trade Commission finally decided that the imports of aluminum products from China caused damage to US manufacturers, and the Ministry of commerce could finally issue anti-dumping orders.

At the end of March this year, the largest trade union organization in North America, the United Steelworkers union and the trade association Fair Trade Committee, appealed to the US Department of Commerce for anti-dumping and countervailing investigations on imports of aluminum profiles.
