Congressional leaders and the Bush administration have reached a provisional agreement on the $700 billion rescue package on the 28 th.

House Speaker Pelosi announced that after 28 a.m. 0 a.m., congressional leaders and the government finally reached agreement on the rescue package.

The plan will cost 700 billion dollars, most of which will be used to buy mortgage loans that are substantially depreciate, and bad loans for banks and other investors involved in mortgage loans.

The house of Representatives and the Senate will vote on the agreement on the 28 and 29 days, respectively.
