Introducing advanced technology and environment-friendly projects, developing organic chemical industry, fine chemical industry, new materials, chemical industry and plastics processing industry, relying on leading enterprises, undertaking photovoltaic projects to settle in Chengdu; focusing on key agricultural industries, vigorously undertake the intensive processing projects of agricultural products.

Key areas three: actively introducing financial backstage service center, regional financial headquarters and network backstage service center, regional headquarters, R & D center, settlement center, call center and training center, and fully accept international and domestic outsourcing business.

Key areas four: make full use of the adjustment of the national processing trade policy and the opportunities for the pfer and upgrading of processing trade enterprises in the eastern coastal areas, and vigorously undertake the industrial pfer of processing trade in coastal areas.
